What a battle at the top of silver league for week 52 of 2019! We were ahead of the game and in the #1 spot the entire time this weekend but it wasn’t an easy bout. We could tell from the team rosters of our bracket competitors that we had some decent competition and when we were almost twice as high in score on Sunday morning we knew it would come down to Sunday night, and it did.
FINGERBANGZZ attempted a last minute comeback on Sunday night, coming within one perfect score (114) of taking the lead though they never did. We were able to keep them at arms distance the entire time despite their efforts to pull a last minute potato farming. We averaged over 107 points per player on Apologize! in this bracket and the deck was no walk in the park to choose and upgrade this week. It was truly a team effort on our part and it was well executed!

As suspected we were in fact up against similar teams in size and weight and due to our good voting decisions, excellent bottle cap management, total team participation, total team effort and demonstrated skill from each and every one of our players we were able to emerge the victors!
Shot out to FINGERBANGZZ for the effort, you guys had a good run, tried your best, got all your members to contribute but you just didn’t have what it takes. Thanks for the good competition! Good luck next time we meet!
